The Villa otdoor: 

- Northern garden and terraces: 70 sqm garden giving North, 50 sqm terrace in front of the villa with dinning table for 6 and 4 sun chairs, with independent access and full privacy.  

- Roof terrace: 150 sqm on top of the house, 2 sun chairs.

- Back of the house (you can rent it in exclusive or as shared): two patios, terrace of about 70 sqm right above the sea with dinning area with table for up to 10 persons, sofa corner, 2 sun beds and 10 sun chairs. Swimming pool: 12x6x 1.2 - 2 m new technology swimming pool

- Parking place for 2 cars

THE DETAILS

• The prices below are per night

• From June till the end of September the villa can be rented minimum for 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday

• There is a charge to use the swimming pool area on the back of the house and it is compulsory from May to October, you can pay for exclusive use or share it with our family. In case you do not want to use the swimming pool in October or April you must inform us as soon as you make the booking.

• Front of the villa with private access + roof terrace + private parking place, is always given in exclusive use
